The screw flange is a non-welding flange, which is made of the inner hole of the flange into pipe threads and connected with the pipe with screw thread. Compared with the flat welded or butt welded flanges, the threaded flanges are easy to install and maintain and can be used in some pipelines where welding is not allowed. Alloy steel flange has sufficient strength, but is not easy to weld, or welding performance is not good, also can choose screw flange. But in the pipe temperature changes or sharply temperature higher than 260 ℃ below - 45 ℃ under the condition of threaded flanges are not recommended, so as to avoid leakage.
